This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Nexeight products and services.

 

Digital Product Notice

 

Nexeight provides digital automation products, browser extensions, standalone applications, license keys, and related software access. Once a license key, activation access, or digital product access is issued, the product is considered delivered.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

 

• Duplicate payment for the same plan

 

Non-Refundable Cases

 

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

 

• Change of mind after purchase

• User purchased the wrong plan

• User did not read the plan features before payment

• User’s device, browser, internet, or system does not support their expected workflow

• User no longer wants to use the product after activation

• License key or product access has already been activated successfully

• Issues caused by unsupported use, incorrect setup, or third-party platform changes

 

Lifetime Access

 

Lifetime access means access to the purchased product version and future updates made available for that product. It does not mean lifetime support for third-party websites, platforms, or services that are outside our control.

 

Third-Party Platform Changes

 

Nexeight is an independent automation product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any ecommerce platform or website.

 

If any third-party website, marketplace, browser, or external service changes its system, layout, rules, or access method, some features may require updates. Such external changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

• Payment email

• Payment ID or transaction ID

• Purchased plan name

• Reason for refund request

 

Refund Review Time

 

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 to 7 business days.

 

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or the payment provider’s supported refund process.
