You must not use Nexeight for illegal activity, platform abuse, spam, misleading listings, fraud, or any action that violates third-party platform rules.

Access to paid plans may require license activation using the email used during payment.
You are responsible for keeping your license key and access details safe.
We may suspend or disable access if we detect misuse, unauthorized sharing, payment issues, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Payments
Paid plans are processed through external payment providers such as Razorpay.
We do not collect or store full payment credentials such as card numbers, UPI PINs, bank details, or passwords.
Plan access is activated based on successful payment verification.
5. Lifetime Access
Lifetime access means access to the purchased product version and included updates for as long as the product is actively maintained and offered by Nexeight.
Lifetime access does not mean lifetime availability of third-party platforms, third-party websites, external services, or features controlled by other companies.
If any third-party platform changes its website, policies, structure, or technical behavior, some automation features may require updates or may stop working temporarily.
6. Updates and Changes
We may improve, update, modify, or remove features to maintain product quality, security, compatibility, and performance.
We do not guarantee that every feature will work forever if third-party websites, browsers, operating systems, or platform rules change.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Nexeight is built to reduce repetitive work and improve workflow efficiency.
We do not guarantee specific sales, profits, order growth, ranking improvements, shipping savings, or business results.

8. User Responsibility
